Energy vouchers for families in need

As part of IM Properties’ social value commitment to the community surrounding our Peddimore development, and alongside the main contractor Winvic Construction, we are distributing energy vouchers to support families who are most in need during the energy and cost of living crisis.

A one-off £49 energy voucher will be available to Birmingham families who have pre-payment electricity or gas meters in their homes and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis from three community locations.

The dates and locations are as follows:

  • Wednesday 22 March – Six Ways Baptist Church, Wood End Rd, Erdington, Birmingham B24 8AD
  • Friday 24 March – Falcon Lodge Community Centre, Church Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham B75 7LB
  • Wednesday 29 March – Witton Lodge Community Association, 87 Witton Lodge Rd, Birmingham B23 5JD

There are 1,000 vouchers available which will be issued on a first come first serve, one per household, basis, and you must bring proof of all the following required criteria:

  • Info on prepayment provider and account
  • Proof of Birmingham address
  • Proof of child benefit
  • Proof of universal credit or low income (payslips showing less that £1,423.20 a month after tax)
